You can upgrade a selected participant to a Presenter role so they will have access to Screen Sharing.

Screen Sharing on mobiles is not currently allowed, as it is limited by mobile browsers.  This functionality is coming soon. Also please keep in mind that Screen Sharing feature is not adapted for sharing dynamic content like videos. For sharing video content, we recommend using videos uploaded from Storage or shared from YouTube.
