Operator Assisted Conferencing is used for audio conferences that are very large or need special attention. Conference operator(s) are available to answer and place dial-in participants into conference, place calls to domestic and/or international dial-out participants, conduct roll call (optional), kick off call and remain online for the duration of the call. Q&A and Polling are also available.
