If desired, multiple Conference Code’s (e.g. by department, employee, project, committee name, etc.) can be provisioned in order to provide you with detailed billing broken out by Conference Code. Your account can have as many Conference Code’s as necessary, there is no additional cost.

BroadData’s Terms & Payment Options Are Simple & Flexible
There are NO sign up fees, monthly fees or contracts, pay only for the cost of the conference calls on our service.
Your monthly statement will be dated on the 1st of the month and will include all audio and web conferencing usage from the previous calendar month.
Payment is due net 30 days. You can pay automatically by credit card or by check.
Your monthly invoice can be delivered to you electronically via email (as a Adobe Acrobat PDF attachment to our monthly billing email), hard copy or by both email and hard copy.
