Simply go to our online signup page and complete the form or call us at 1-877-321-2255. After you complete your online sign up you will receive an email with all of your account information including passcodes, dial-in number(s) and usage instructions.
Pay per minute billed on usage only and flat monthly rate unlimited use pricing options are available.
BroadData Unified Meeting Web Conferencing is a service, not a product; therefore, there is absolutely no on-site infrastructure required from the customer perspective. BroadData provides the infrastructure and sells access to this infrastructure via the BroadData Unified Meeting Web Conferencing service.
BroadData Unified Meeting Web Conferencing supports meetings with up to 125 connections including moderator, presenters and participants.

A small download of the Unified Meeting application is required for moderators. There are no downloads required for participants. Moderators can download the Unified Meeting Client at the Unified Meeting Support page or by visiting http://broaddata.conferencing.com/um/
Technical support for Unified Meeting installation is available 24 x 7 at 877-549-337.
After installation, you will be prompted to register your BroadData Unified Meeting account with the Conference Code and Password you will receive in your welcome email. BroadData Unified Meeting provides a virtual conference room that is always open for you and others to enter for pre-planned or impromptu meetings. Once the simple installation is complete, BroadData Unified Meeting will prompt you when new versions are available, ensuring you can always get the most up-to-date features.
After installing BroadData Unified Meeting on your computer, a blue icon will appear in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen in the Windows System Tray. Right click on the Unified Meeting icon for one-click access to Ad hoc and Scheduled Meetings.

To start your Unified Meeting, right-click the Unified Meeting system tray icon and select Start a Meeting. You will be prompted to select or enter a phone number. You will be called at this phone number to start the phone portion of the meeting. Alternatively, you can bypass the Dial Me feature and instead dial-in using any of the listed dial-in numbers.
Moderators have several easy Participant invitation options. Which one you use is a matter of personal preference. Moderators can invite Participants via Microsoft Outlook, the Unified Meeting Client, your Unified Meeting web site as well as several other Quick Invite and Instant Messenger options. Upon joining the Unified Meeting Web Conference, Participants are prompted to select or enter a phone number where they can be called to join the meeting. Alternatively, participants can dial into the meeting using the onscreen dial-in number(s).
Yes, you may use BroadData Unified Meeting Web Conferencing by itself or integrated with BroadData Reservationless Audio Conferencing.
You can present an application or web browser from your computer during a meeting. You can share any specific running application or your entire desktop for other participants. You can Grant Control (and Regain Control) of a shared application to any Participant. You can select an annotation tool to draw on any application when application sharing.
You can record an integrated Reservationless Audio and Unified Meeting Web Conference. Initiating your recording with a simple mouse click from the Unified Meeting Web Conference interface. After the meeting, easily use the Unified Meeting Conference Manager to generate a playback link and optionally email it to people who missed your meeting. Optionally password protect your recorded Unified Meeting Web Conferences. Easily view a list of participants who have access your recording(s). You can also download a copy of your recorded conference and host it yourself.

Note: To use the Unified Meeting recording feature and include audio, you must use BroadData Reservationless Audio Conferencing integrated with BroadData Unified Meeting Web Conferencing.
To be seen by other participants, just install a simple USB webcam on your computer. Your webcam can transmit live video of you to other participants. Using the desktop video feature is optional. If you do not have a webcam, you can participate in a meeting and see other participants’ video, but you are not able to send live video.
Note: You must install the BroadData Unified Meeting Web Conferencing Client view and broadcast video.
Yes, Unified Meeting lets you use SSL, or Secure Socket Layer. It will encrypt the information displayed in an online meeting. SSL offers 128-bit encryption, which is the highest level of encryption that is offered to the consumer in the market being the same level of security that banks and online shopping companies use.
Yes, 24 x 7 x 365 technical support is available on Unified Meeting Web Conferences.
During A Unified Meeting – From within your Unified Meeting conference, just dial 00 (private sub-conference with an operator) or *0 (operator joins the call whereby everyone can hear the operator) to access our award-winning customer support team (available 24 x 7 x 365) or click on Help and Dial Private Customer Support from the Unified Meeting Web Conference interface.
