<ol>
<li>Call the appropriate dial-in number from the list below</li>
<li>Enter your Conference ID ### and press #</li>
<li>Enter *3 and then Enter your 4-digit Host PIN number and press #</li>
<li>You will be placed into your conference call (unless you are the first caller in which case you will be placed on hold with music until the 2nd caller arrives).  You have access to the <a title="BroadData Live Conference Manager" href="https://www.broaddata.com/live-conference-manager/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Live Conference Manager</a> and all keypad audio commands.</li>
</ol>
Host Phone Commands
*0   – Plays menu of Keypad Audio Commands 
*1   – Lock out new entrants (toggle on/off) 
*2   – Start Conference Recording (toggle on/off) 
*41 – Switch to Presentation Mode – Participants (non-Hosts) are muted and can’t unmute themselves) 
*42 – Switch to Conversation Mode – All Participants are unmuted 
*43 – Switch to Q&A Mode – Participants (non-Hosts) are muted but can selectively unmute themselves by dialing *6 
*44 – Switch to Private Host Mode- Participants are placed on hold while Hosts conduct a private sub-conference 
*5   – Raise Your Hand (for Presentation or Q&A Mode via the Live Conference Manager) 
*6   – Mute Your Line (toggle on/off) 
*71 – Set Entry to Tone (Default) 
*72 – Set Entry to play Recorded Name 
*73 – Sent Entry to Silent 
*81 – Set Exit to Tone (Default) 
*82 – Set Exit to play Recorded Name 
*83 – Set Exit to Silent 
*91 – End the Conference 
*#  – Hear a private Roll Call of Participants (only heard by Host(s) and only available if Record Name is On) 
**   – Mute music on hold (toggle on/off)
